Once an order is received, it will take 3-4 business days for processing and shipment from our atelier.

UNITED STATES
Courier Domestic shipping within the US  is $25.00.
Includes Tracking service & 4-6 business days delivery time (depends on location and local conditions)

CANADA
Courier Global shipping to all providences in Canada is $40.00.
Includes Tracking service & 4-6 business days delivery time (depends on location and local conditions)

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. Courier transit times may vary based on conditions beyond our control. Banana Lily is not responsible for delays caused by the courier and/or customs. 

LOCAL TAXES/ CUSTOMS DUTY

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs, duty fees) may occur for shipments outside of the US. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price items within 5 days of receiving your item.  

For Returns: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition for eligibility. Items must be returned in the original packaging--including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 5 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. Please note that for any exchange or refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only within 24hrs of original ordering date and time. Once this time has passed, the order will be shipped to the address on file.
